Right. And I'm the Easter Bunny. I read one of their newsletters
last year. It struck me as being rather fascist, in the McCarthyism
sense of the word. One BIG blacklist. Accuracy in Academia seemed
at that time to be singling out liberal teachers, while ignoring the
rightist's completely (after all, they are a rightwing organization)
What AIA is devoted to doing is NOT getting you the best education
for your money, it is devoted to getting you the most conservative
education for your money, something I don't feel is desireable.
EVERYONE should call this number; WATS lines do cost money. If you
want a good laugh, ask for their literature. (actually, it's more
than a little scary when you think about it)
