  Just over a month ago, Open Dailogue, the TV program of ARC,    
  piloted on TV-20 in Detroit.   Certainly it must be considered  
  the hand of God when a secular indepent TV station will offer   
  to pay for production and airing of a religious TV program.     
  This was not a public service spot, but instead, aired at       
  10:30pm on a Sunday evening.

  Open Dialogue is designed to explore, probe and contrast        
  various religions and philosophies with orthodox Christianity.  
  The pilot program featured Bill Rand, a New Age leader, and     
  centered on contrasting the New Age world view with a biblical  
  world view.
