Hi Fredric, I'm trying to put forth an effort to stop Pablo from 
using FidoNet resources to raise equipment to support a government 
that prevents freedoms.

The organization that he is raising the equipment for is nothing 
but a propaganda branch of the "G2" (the cuban kgb) and the 
equipment will probably be used to write articles or create 
anti-democratic propaganda that can then be spred throught the 
Cuban Universities.

In this effort, I'd like to know who I am up against.  If you can 
call me voice I'd like to know more about this character.  Please

        Well, if you mean, WAS I THERE when Pablo and this person 
spoke, the answer is no.  Have a been to the National Academy of 
Science, yes.  My brother was an Education Minister of the Sciences 
Department, and I've met several scientists that defected, they all 
have corraborated my brothers descriptions of military and party 
control, recruitment as a prerequisite to participating in the 
above.  Furthermore, you CANNOT just phone anyone on the island.  
ALL phone calls have to go through an "operator" who stays on the 
line and monitors your calls.  The only persons that can receive 
"direct" calls from outside the island without "operator 
intervention and monitoring" are "high officials of the G2 or of 
the Communist Party.
