   What is Dropping carrier?

   If you disconnect with this BBS in any other way than by Pressing G at
   the main menu-THIS IS DROPPING CARRIER!

   Countless problems occur when you drop carrier, too many to mention.
   When you drop carrier you can hinder other members from logging on to this
   bulletin board system.  Rich Allen and the Rich Allen staff have not enforced
   the no drop carrier rule which states that you will no longer be allowed to
   log on with THE RICH ALLEN BBS.  Why?  Well Rich just hates to delete
   any member from this BBS.   In fact, not one member has ever been deleted
   since THE RICH ALLEN BBS WAS FOUNDED IN 1994.

                          BUT NOW....

   Things must change as some people have abused the very BBS that is here
   for their enjoyment.  So please heed this warning!!!

   1.  IF YOU DROP CARRIER FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM THIS BBS.
   2.  IF YOU DO DROP CARRIER YOU MUST IMMEDIATLY LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR
       JACK NGO THE RICH ALLEN BBS DROP CARRIER POLICEMAN.

   3.  YOU SHALL NOT BE DELETED IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR JACK NGO

   anymore.  Unfortunately THE RICH ALLEN BBS AND ITS MEMBERS must keep this
   BBS up and running for all users.  The following list of people have abused
   THE RICH ALLEN BBS and are now locked out.  We, THE RICH ALLEN MEMBERS hate
   to do this but we must not feel sorry for these people as they dropped
   carrier on purpose, many times.  We remember.....

Frederic Rice  For simply being stupid.  This guy was so stupid that even I
               Rich Allen couldn't take the funny stupidity of this guy.
               He said that, and I quote him on this, "That he doesn't believe
               in anything".  With stupidity like that and more, he deserved
               to be locked out.
