    There comes a time when I must speak of a Crusaders remarkable performance
and committment to our Crusade.  As you know we used to have a co-sysop named
Jack Ngo but now he is Sysop due to the excellent work he has done with this
BBS.

    I remember when I started THE RICH ALLEN BBS he was one of our very first
20 calls!  He helped me configure doors, mail, files, and hundreds of other
features that make THE RICH ALLEN BBS a magical place to be.  When it comes to
knowing Computers, software, and other BBS in California Jack Ngo is the
highest Calibur person.

        Since he is a member of hundreds of BBS he is constantly attacked and
made fun of by being sysop of THE RICH ALLEN BBS, because, after all, this
BBS does not carry pornography.  This BBS also proudly speaks of Jesus Christ
and morality.  Jack is not ashamed of saying he believes in God and what we
are doing here.  He doesn't call himself a saint but he is honest.  He is also
smart enough to say God does exist.

      When I started THE RICH ALLEN BBS I wanted it to be a BBS that changes
lives in Magical ways and one that also lifts mankind upward and would not
degrade it by having smut on this system.  Jack is not one of those guys that
go around saying "Praise the lord" and either am I.  We are men that have
done alot of evil things in our life but we both have experienced dramatic
changes in our lives due to our designing of this BBS.

        If it wasnt for Jack Ngo I dare say there would be no RICH ALLEN BBS.
Jack has added much of the magic you get when you call here and he is
responsible for AMERICA.ZIP being on thousands and thousands of BBS across
the United States.  He is the type of member I want.  Even though he doesnt
go around speaking a bunch of syrupy christian stuff, Even though he doesnt
act like a priest, he is precisely the type of member that is the essence of
a TRUE CRUSADER.  He gets the job done very humbly and without bragging or
blowing a trumpet when he does it.

        I am proud to have Jack Ngo as sysop on my system and have hereby
dedicated this bulletin to him forever.  Years from now when you read this
bulletin section you will see the founders of THE RICH ALLEN BBS.  Jack Ngo
is one of these founders.  Let us all remember Jack Ngo for his efforts.
Truly he has helped make THE RICH ALLEN BBS the most life changing BBS in
Californias history.
