First off, there is a good book out about these and many other people
called "Satanism in America: How the Devil Got Much More Than His Due",
that describes Rebecca Brown/Ruth Bailey and Elaine/Edna Moses quite well.
"Bailey was barred from the practice of medicine in the state of Indiana.
Among the 17 findings that the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana came to
relating Brown/Bailey's compentence to practice medicine were that:
"she knowingly misdiagnosed serious illnesses, including brain tumors and
leukemia, as 'caused by demons, devils and evil spirits;'
"she told her patients, including 'Elaine', that doctors at Ball Memorial
Hospital in Muncie, Indiana, and St. John's Medical Center in Anderson,
Indiana were 'demons, devils, and other evil spirits' themselves;'
"she provided excessive amounts of controlled substances to patients
'without any explanation, instruction, or appropriate charting;'
"she addicted numerous patients to controlled substances "without valid
therapeutic reasons' from which addiction patients suffered withdrawal
and had to undergo detoxification;
"The board appointed psychiatrist diagnosed Brown/Bailey as 'suffering
from acute personality disorders including demonic delusions and/or
paranoid schizophrenia.'"
As to Bill Schnoebelen (a.k.a. Christopher Syn), the book lists him under
"_Non_-Experts", along with such people as Lauren Stratford, Jerry Rieder,
Lance Collins (a.k.a. John Todd), Greg Reid (a.k.a. "David"), and Lyndon
LaRouche.
The paragraph under this chapter title says:
"The following 'experts' and organizations are NOT RECOMMENDED. CSER
considers their information to be largely unreliable, inaccurate, biased,
and/or misleading. Many of these individuals have been discussed in the
body of this report."
