- Broker Comment: I am working with AFS to correct this disclosure. AFSu00c2u00bf disclosure is false and entirely without merit. AFS alleges (1) u00c2u00bfIu00c2u00bf (2) u00c2u00bfsubmittedu00c2u00bf an (3) u00c2u00bfapplicationu00c2u00bf that contained non-genuine (4) u00c2u00bfsignatures,u00c2u00bf implying (5) untoward conduct. AFS is wrong on all 5 assertions. (1 & 2) I was not agent of record, received no compensation and agent of recordu00c2u00bfs staff submitted the (3) Amendment to application that contained authentic signatures but allegedly non-genuine (4) initials. (5) I understand the customer wanted and is satisfied with her purchase. For more than 18 years I have maintained an impeccable regulatory and compliance record with zero disclosures.
Should I file a FINRA complaint against brokers like Brian Patrick Sugrue?
Many investors (presumably, like yourself) are unaware of the legal recourse available to them after losing money due to securities broker fraud and/or negligence. The truth is that investors who lost money in this fashion may actually be entitled to damages. You may suffer significant losses at the hands of your financial advisors’ misconduct, such as if they misrepresented or failed to disclose the risks associated with a particular investment, recommended frequent trades for the sole purpose of generating commissions, or used high-pressure tactics to make a sale. The rules and regulations of securities laws and FINRA policies are complex, and investment loss claims require an extensive understanding of securities arbitration to achieve the best possible results.
