- Broker Comment: CHARGE #1: DRIVING ON A PERMANENTLY REVOKED LICENSE EXPLANATION: THIS CHARGE WAS INCORRECT AND IMMEDIATELY DOWNGRADED TO DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE. THE SUSPENSION OF LICENSE WAS DUE TO AN UNPAID OUT-OF-STATE SPEEDING TICKET. THE TICKET WAS PAID, LICENSE REINSTATED, AND I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON HAVING THIS CHARGE EXPUNGED. CHARGE #2: BATTERY ON AN OFFICER EXPLANATION: WHEN I WAS PULLED OVER, I WAS HAVING TROUBLE REMOVING MY LICENSE FROM THE PLASTIC SECTION IN MY WALLET. THE OFFICER REACHED IN MY WINDOW TO GRAB FOR THE WALLET TO ASSIST ME AND I HELD MY HAND UP AND CONTACTED THE OFFICER’S HAND. HE CHARGED ME WITH BATTERY AND THE CHARGES WERE SUBSEQUENTLY DROPPED. I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON HAVING THE CHARGES EXPUNGED.
