- Disclosure Detail :: Allegations: SEPT 2007 – CUSTOMER HAD A CD COMING DUE WITH THE BANK AND WAS VERY ADAMANT THAT I NOT FORGET TO CALL HER AND LET HER KNOW EHEN I MOVED THE MONEY TO HER MONEY MARKET ACCT. I HAVE CALLED HER AND LEFT HER MESSAGES ON HER MACHINE FOR YEARS SO AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TRYING TO REACH HER I LEFT A MESSAGE STATING THAT I HAD MOVED THE MONEY AS INSTRUCTED AND IF SHE COULD GET BACK TO ME SO WE CAN DISCUSS WHAT TO DO WITH THE FUNDS. A MONTH OR SO LATER SHE GOES DOWNTOWN TO OUR MAIN LOCATION AND IS WANTING COMPENSATION BECAUSE HER HUSBAND HEARD THAT MESSAGE AND LEFT HER. SHE HAD TOLD HIM SHE HAD NO MONEY AND HE HAD PUT HER AS BENEFICIARY ON HIS LIFE INSURNCE POLICY AND WAS GIVING HER $900 A MONTH. HE HEARD THE MESSAGE AND LEFT HER BECAUSE SHE HAD LIED. THE MATTER WAS LOOKED INTO AND IT WAS FOUND I HAD DONE NOTHING WRONG – SHE NEVER TOLD ME I COULD NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE AND NO DOLLAR AMOUNT WAS LEFT. SINCE THEN DUE TO OTHER MATTERS PRIMEVEST HAS ASKED HER TO MOVE HER ACCOUNTS.
