- Broker Comment: I WAS ARRESTED & CHARGED WITH PETTY LARCENY WHILE ATTENDING COLLEGE AT SUNY AT COURT APPEARANCE, DUE TO LACK OF LEGAL REPRESENTATION, I PLEAD GUILTY. I SPENT A NIGHT IN JAIL. TO MY UNDERSTANDING THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE REQUIRED OF ME AND THE CASE WAS CLOSED. THIS HAPPENED OVER 17 YEARS AGO AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED OR CHARGED WITH ANYTHING ELSE PRIOR TO OR SINCE THIS INCIDENT.
