Purchased this product and was never able to get the download to run on my computer. Asked for a refund and it’s been a nightmare via emailing back and forth. They continue to deny me a refund something a product that I would never download (after 3 hours of trying) and continue to ask me for tons of info that at this point I’m not willing to provide to such a sham of a company. Paid $52.70 and received NOTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Nightmare. Read the reviews!

They must get kickback from the second product they refer you to. They advertise aax to mp3 conversion. Their download prompts you to buy the app and you can get a trial that converts an audio file for 5 minutes of length. There are no options in the software to covert that format. If you choose a general format, it will select the file, but the conversion fails. I did not purchase the first app because I purchased the second one and it failed as well. They advertise Convertio will convert aax to mp3, but there is not even an option. You pay for the service, and there is no option to convert this format. Such a major scam. The person responsible for writing the ads is https://plus.google.com/116953583382866812668 if that is even a real person. I doubt it.
