Hello, Please, I desperately need your help. I purchased my solar panels from American solar direct in 2016 and now I am trying to sell my house but I keep getting denied by potential buyers because they get scared off by the news about ASD going bankrupt and not providing the warranty on servicing that they promised. | I need to know where and who I can go to for a warranty on the solar panels they installed so that I can pass it on to potential buyers. Help me please, I am finishing my 6 year enlistment in the Air Force in one month and I need my house to sell before I’m done or else I won’t have the income to support the mortgage or any more payments to Mosaic. Future landlords beware. | Cory Daubenspeck and his dad Michael Daubenspeck have no respect for any neighboring residents primarily when they are intoxicated. They are also violent people when drunk. Unfortunately this occurs regularly. | They add residents to their unit without approval. So plan on the appropriate filing as I suspect unlawful detainer action has been an issue with these folks and will continue in the future | They will claim to have dropped off or mail the rent and it just does not get delivered. | All I can say is…. I wish I would have read about these folks on line prior to allowing them to live on my property. | This is the reason for this post. | They talk a good story so Landlord/property owners beware
