I had an estimate done by Mr Locke and told him I didnt want the work done until Dec 2017 because I was going to be away on a trip. When I returned from my trip I let him know that I was chosing another company to do the work because of Bartlett’s lack of customer service . He said that he was sorry that they had dissappointed me. In late December I had the work done by J. Moreno’s Company. | Since November, Bartlett Tree Company has been billing me monthly, even though they did not do the work. I have left messages several times and even talked with Mr Locke to explain the situation. He said he would look into it and so did another employee who is in charge of customer service. I am still receiving bills and now am also receiving emails from their Administrative assistant Ana telling me that I owe them. They are also adding interest to the amount.
