I had ordered a wooden watch on 11/11/2018 and the confirmation said I would receive an email in a few days telling me it was shipped. Never received that email after a couple weeks I emailed to ask, no response. I have sent 4 emails no response and still no watch. I had received an email on 12/7/2018 stating the products had been shipped, when I went to go pull the email to see if there is tracking information and the email seems to have disappeared and I cannot location it in any of my folders in my email.

Hi, Please don’t trust this birthstone deals and do some legal actions. Last Dec 17,2017 i ordered to them a wooden watched but they dont have COD (Cash on delivery) so i paid by my card.I thought it’s only AED 172 just like what they said in their page and website but they deducted AED 200 from my account. | In their confirmation it only shows AED 194 deducted in my account that’s the forst problem.Secondly Its been 10days since I ordered And the status is still unfulfilled that’s why i decided to call their hotline but sadly it is fake!!! i called them and it’s incorrect,I post a comment in their page telling they are scammers but now they blocked me from commenting in their page..!! | I even send a hundreds of emails to them just to get a reply to them but still no response..!! I’d check their address but it doesn’t show on the website. It was too late when I read all the bad comments from their page from the customers who got scammed by them..!! They’re taking money from our card but not delivering our order. After getting money you will not received any reaponse to them, so please help us to stop this scammer!!!

i bought $ 70 wooden watch 3 months ago never got it and gave me fake tracking number and they said they shipped it last month. this site must be shut down.Hundreds of victims on facebook it’s too late i found all the claims 🙁
