Promised customized trucker hats in 4-6 weeks. Paid in full for 60 of them back in September. We should have received our order on November 11, 2019. Still haven’t seen the product and though they have said they will refund the money over email we still have not been refunded $1, 300. We have decided to take legal action. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

The hats that I ordered were ordered well in advance. This was to allow some wiggle room for a company I perceived to have quite the work load from the reviews I had read. Unfortunately CAPBEAST has codified the majority of reviews posted prior to this one. My hats were ordered on 14 JUN 2019. I was charged same day. I have contacted representatives of the company multiple times with nearly the same response each time. The response left is apologetic however it seems now after 6 apologies and almost twice the maximum amount of time advertised (4-6 weeks) for arrival of orders the apologies have proved hollow. The website specifically states on the FAQs page: https://www.capbeast.com/faq … “Each order is personally customized and made for you. That means the total time from us to you can be 4-6 weeks. We”ll keep you updated as your order goes through the different stages of production.” I will be filing a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau next week (12 weeks total wait). I encourage all of those who have experienced the similar results to do the same. I do not believe this would be an issue if the website published factual information. Another quote, this one from the home page capbeast.com proves false and contradicts the terms of agreement stating… Quick Turnaround Making custom stitched hats takes a little more time than just shipping pre-made products off of a shelf. Expect a turnaround time of 4 weeks or less on most orders. That”s better than anybody in the business. In closing, while Capbeast.com refutes claims of being a SCAM experience with this company would suggest otherwise. Refer to the quotes from their website, the terms of agreement and add to that a promised “20 percent refund” for patience that has yet to arrive. Read a minimum of 4 reviews submitted prior to this one and anyone would be hard-pressed to conclude that Capbeast has extremely poor business practice. My question is this a business at all?

The CapBeast team should improve their customer service department if it exists though. They have everything for a successful communication with customers: phone number, online form and an email, but none of those means works. Maybe they do, but there”s nothing to monitor it. I am very disappointed because I am having several issues with my order and I want them to resolve it, but I can”t reach anyone, even though I called multiple times.
