Decortex Review

We bought a brand new Ford Ranger 2.2TDCI. It had only 700km on the clock when the exhaust started smoking badly then it switched off. We was on the way back to our factory on the 28th April. So we contacted Ford, they was efficient in sending out a tow truck, took it to the nearest ford dealership which was Constantia in Roodepoort. The service there was extremely terrible. We had no way of getting back to the company and with a load of materials, We asked them to help us by getting someone to drop us off but they insisted they can’t because Midrand is too far. (Mind you this is at 4pm, 1 hour before they close) I contacted our sales rep from ford woodmead and he had to send a driver to collect us, we were back at 6pm. We sold our other bakkie when we took delivery off the Ranger and this is the only vehicle for our business. We have been requesting for a courtesy vehicle as we cannot do our deliveries or get materials without a bakkie. Ford you are ruining our business. How can we get such bad treatment, Its a brand new vehicle and already in for repairs. The service advisor named Kat says the vehicle will be in repairs indefinitely as it depends on the parts availability. What are we suppose to do in the meantime? Must we just pay and wait for who knows how long? We are only asking for a courtesy vehicle until our vehicle is fixed.
