Terrible web hosting service. Poor customer service. Slow and ineffective responses to password reset request (ehost failed to resolve a simple password reset request on time and refused to implement a reasonable request of automatically deducting funds from my card to prevent disruption of website). Handed over all possible account validation documents, including bank statements showing proof of payment, but they still went ahead and closed my website. As a result of suspension of my website, lost over $2000 investment in website development (they refused to even hand over the backed-up files) as well as clients, repeat business and revenue. Additionally, my google ranking has gone down as a result of reduction of traffic flows into my website. I also have to suspend a marketing campaign and incur an extra cost to develop a new website. I wouldn’t recommend ehost or any of the affiliated companies to anyone (I also had a problem with justhost which introduced an illegal $80 charge for a domain name which had been handed over to me for free for the remainder of my hosting service)!
