I Purchased this product on 4 February 2014. Start having problems using the software. Asked for help. Site went down. So I request my money back. They said they processed it on the 14th. It will take 7 to 10 business days. Never got it. Sent 63 emails still NOMONEY.. I demand I would like for them to send my money to my Paypal account.. I don’t recommend them
