SCAM, impossible to have the connection with them.The product,was ordered in 01.01.2018, till now,I didn’t received the TV Antenna.Someone to stop them!!!

Ordered and received a tvfox antenna wouldn’t even receive a signal. There is no information in the packaging on returning product or contacting them. This is a total fraud. I accept I’ve been scammed but very angry that the company are still being allowed to advertise on Facebook

Ordered product TV FOX Antenna off ad on Facebook. The product that came in mail is a knockoff product. Name on product box says HC which is a backward C TV antenna. It should say TV FOX Antenna. When you call the only phone number they give you which is supposedly customer service you get a machine that tells you no one there to take call so leave message and they will call back. | Been calling leaving messages for two whole day nothing! Sent an email to them to and nothing! I paid $37.45 for one antenna and received what looks like a cheaper version of the original TV FOX Antenna. I’m not happy and hate being scammed! Don’t order it from online to many scam artist out there today.

Same for me. I am a senior in Canada. I ordered one antenna and one amphlier on December 1, 2017. Finally received after letting them know I did not have it on January 11, 2018. It would not work for me. I too requested a postage ticket to return, but also told no. I was told to send back to the Netherlands. Total cost of my order was & 036;70.73. To ship back with a tracking number was & 036;54.61. So IF I am even reimbursed I will only realize & 036;16.12 of my money back. I will update when I find out if they will refund my money. I was laid off in 2014 from a job I had worked for 15 years due to the economy in Canada. My pension is barely over & 036;1000 per month so I had to cut off my internet tv as it was costing too much. Now I was scammed. I just got an message that they will refund my money. Well at least they did that. Do not deal with these people.
