I bought and paid for a $150 PC on 12/14/15. It never arrived, and I have been asking for a refund every day for 10 days. All I got was excuses and attempts to blame FedEx, rather than take responsibility and do the right thing. And the communications have been confrontational and acrimonious. The last email from Garland’s Joe Bell said, and I quote, “I really don’t care what you asked me to do.” So, now, my only choice is try to get the stolen money back through Visa. You should avoid this company, and Joe Bell, in particular.
