I became a Gold Crown Resort member in March 4, 2014. My contract also stipulated that all future annual membership fees would be waived for 30 years. In December of 2016, I was denied access to the Gold Crown membership website untill I had remitted my annual fee for $89. I called Gold Crown and it’s affiliate ( Promotora Cabo Pacifico) to complain but my complaints fell on deaf ears. | This fee is illegal because Gold Crown is responsible for any contracts entered with it’s affiliates that sell memberships to potential buyers, based on their instructions. | I am also requesting a FULL refund purchase I paid on 03/04/2014.
