I Ordered a wreath to be used on my front door of my home. From a company called Charmiey Yes I ordered and received a lemon wreath from that company with a $45.98 price tag.

Received it on 6/8/21
They have a third party company that the complaints go through called
Handholdtec. HC.
And an email to their service department is [email protected]
According to Judy they can’t take the wreath back even though lemons ,bows and flowers falling off. They want me to accept the wreath with a discount credit not a new wreath to replace it or a full credit on my CC.
My CC company tells me they hide behind several third party companies so they never have to issue credits or replacements of their merchandise.
As I looked on line there are many complaints similar to mine. It would be so nice for them to refund my money or send me another wreath that isn’t damaged .

Your last offer was a 30per cent discount if I chose to accept it … since that day I’m asking once again what kind of discount if not a full one will you be willing to offer ?
Of course I can hope for a full discount . Maybe Another wreath with lemons ,bows and white flowers that don’t shed. Or a better discount than the 30 per cent .
I would appreciate your attention into this matter.

I ordered 2 signs from this company. They both came broken to bits. They are trying to give me back 30% and are saying I can use them. This is definitely not the case. I want a full refund.

I ordered two signs from them. Got them today, both are broken or damaged. I have sent an email requesting a return address so I can ship them back. They look really cheap…definitely not worth the money paid for them.
I would advise to stay away from this company as the product is not the quality you expect.

I order a plate with 3 bunnies that were holding it up. It came broken and 1 of the bunnies was shattered. It also came with glue to glue the plate to the bunnies on your own. Anyways, I asked for a refund or a replacement and the best I could get was a 30% discount. So now I’m left with a plate I can not use and 2 random bunnies.

What was described or looked like in you advertisement on Face Book. It came with all the strings
tangled. The birds are not iron at all . They are a cheap feathered thing that clips on . I would like a total refund of $46.98. I paid through PayPal. This wind chime is a piece of junk.
