When I got back from Indonesia, I noticed that there was a package ID 802311102704734698 has been sent to me from Imperium. | I have never ordered the package. | I only ordered the “free sample” one and I have not tried them yet until now, but I paid the shipping already ($4.95 + $4.97), dated 5/12. | Imperium sent me the package that I have never ordered. Further more, when I checked my credit card account, Imperium billed me twice ($79.95 dated 5/26 and $69.93 dated 5/27) and ($84.90 on 6/26 + $69.93 on 6/27), without my permission. | Then I sent email on July 25 to ask them to reimburse my money back to my credit card and I asked them to send me an address where I can return the package back. | On July 29, I sent another email to stop sending me the package. Instead of reimbursing my money back, they sent me another package. Dated 27th of July with USPS Tracking 9400 1102 0098 6575 5884 08. And they charged my credit card AGAIN, without any permission from me, on July 26 of $84.90 and on July 27 for $69.93. | So they charge my credit card three times, but they only sent me two packages + one free sample package. | I want my money back. This is a fraud business.

On May 29th,2017 I ordered 2 products from this company. It was said to be free after paying for shipping ($11.91) which was deducted from my account immediately. I received the product and haven’t even opened it yet. My bank account now shows 2 more payments for $79.95 on 6/13/17 and $69.93 on 6/14/17. When I called the number on my bank statement I was told I subscribed to this company by placing my order and the products were only free for 14 days and if I did not cancel the subscription within that 14 days I would be charged full price for the products. I was completely unaware of this and therefore did not call and cancel. The customer service rep, Paula 709, did cancel my subscription and waive the cancellation fee but have refused to refund my $149.88 or let me return the unopened product.
