There was a trial deal to try the product for only the cost of shipping, and i was charged & 036;84.95 instead. Nothing said or wrote about a 2 week trial like they said when i called to get a refund. Pray i get my refund still but tomorrow i’m calling y bank and hopefully they refund my money until this is straightened out.

This company is a ripoff! I ordered a free trial offer and authorized a shipping charge of $4.95 on Sept 8th . The product never showed and I pick up my mail daily on service days. Upon checking my bank account I found a charge for $84.95 about 20 days later. | When calling the number noted on my account I called the company directly to dispute. The catagory on the bank account does not even show up as skincare, but books and magazines. Anyhow Haily the agent took a very long time trying to find out why I was charged because she could not find the purchase under my name. Eventually it was found and I disputed the charge and communicated that I never even received the sample product. I was informed that in the package of free sample was shipped and there was a 14 day window to cancel any automatic shipments. Again, communicating that 1) I never recieved the product and 2) there was nothing on the website stating that I was agreeing to any charges or signing up for anything. Eventually she canceled future charges, but never communicated that she was crediting my funds back. Additionally I requested to speak with a supervisor and she told me no! Then she said that they aren’t going to tell me anything different than her. I said I would still like to speak to a supervisor and she said no again. | As a business women with hundreds of employees I would be apalled if anyone on my team represented me or the business that I oversee in this light. I even asked her to confirm if she was refusing to let me speak to a supervisor. | After speaking with Haily and seeing how my credit card was charged fraudently, as well as never recieving my so called free sample I am outraged that this company is running this business and if the product even really exist! If it does then you can keep your sample and refund my money shipping money back and the $84.95 for your automatic shipments of nothing that never comes. | Don’t fall for the same trap as I did. If you do, call the bank directly and dispute the charges with them.
