Profound
“protected by CDA Section 230” . That’s profound.

Outstanding financial advisor
I don’t get this website and its “investigation” in the absence of any info. Jay Buxbaum is a senior VP at Merrill Lynch and was ranked by Forbes as one of the top financial advisors in Washington. He has been my advisor for over a decade and that was after due diligence of interviewing a significant number of advisors. He is ethical, pleasant, and brilliant with a wonderful personal style.

agree
I agree. This is a completely bogus website as evidence by the “We understand that the user has initiated a collaboration campaign to investigate, research, interview, gather evidence, and compile a comprehensive dossier on Jay Buxbaum. We will keep this page online until 30th March 2021.” And its April 2021, lol

and this site is run out of Bulgaria when Jay Buxbaum is a top financial advisor (listed by Barona and Forbes as tops in Washington state) in Bellevue, WA, USA………..completely credible site, LOL

Not sure why and how the location of the website matters. You evidently use Protonmail, which is located in Switzerland. I don’t see you hiking up the Jungfrau range, do I?
If the page is not publishing anything negative about Jay Buxhaum, and waiting to see if anything develops, I reckon it is a mature decision. SkepticFiles could simply go ahead and publish anything, and they’ll still be protected by CDA Section 230. The fact that they’re giving a chance to the user to back up his/her claims is reasonable.
I understand you don’t like Europeans. By the looks of it, you might not even like other races and ethnicity. To each it’s own, I guess.

Response to “anonymous”
Saying “ProtonMail” is located in Switzerland is like saying someone with a Gmail account must be living in Silicon Valley, lol. Ones email address says nothing about where they live.
You missed my point. Having someone claim something negative about a financial advisor with zero info is of no value and obviously suggests that the attempt is to be negative. You are so naive to claim that “nothing negative’ is published when you have someone’s name under the heading “preliminary investigation into alleged misconduct” to be found by google as I did with ZERO supporting details. Trash this person only once you have info and this complaint was June 2020! I guess you are waiting for the complatent to awake from their coma so you can assess the veracity of their complaint. Lol.
And your fake “anti-Europe” stuff is bogus. My point was that a site run out of Bulgaria trashing a financial advisor in a small town in Washington state isn’t really “due diligence”.
