I fell for the free trial of Le Allure products. On the 15th day, I received an order confirmation for the following: AVILA Serum 14 Day & 036;98.41 and AVILA Cream 14 Day & 036;97.41. I called the company and told them I did not authorize this order. I was told once I put in my credit card information I electronically authorized this order. The customer service representative told me I could not return the product because it was open. I did receive a cancellation for any future orders but I still was billed for the products. After a lengthy discussion about the fact I didn’t authorize this order, I too was hung up on. I called the credit card company and told them I did not authorize this order. I was told that the company was already paid. The only thing I can do not is dispute the charges. Good Luck on receiving a refund. What a scam!

I agree with the post from 7/6/17…the same thing happened to me. My card was charged as well for unauthorized charges. When I tried to cancel as well as request a refund, the representative basically told me I only can get a 30%refund, even though I have an unopened box. The representative called me back 3 times to try and resolve the issue because I stated I was going to refuse payment with the credit card company and report them for fraud. Still not happy with the resolution…hopefully I am cancelled and my full refund will be sent.
