Since 1 Month i am using MTNL Broadband at home….i took a plan which is called TribUnlimited….with the download speed of 256 Kbps…. i got the speed and worked fine for me but from last 6 days my download speed reduced to 30Kbps only….i made many complaint but they replied that this speed is ok in this plan….but in their website and adds you can see the minimum download speed is 256Kbps….my friend is using same connection with same plan his speed is coming 256Kbps download…but why they reduced my speed….still no action from MTNL yet….I am paying Rs. 1000 for the month & still not getting the speed….even their customer care guys dont have any resolution they just hang up the phone when i asked about my complaint and speed problem….from 1 month i was download on 256 Kbps and suddenly what happen….i want to complaint this to the higher ranked officer….coz MTNL guys dont know here how to maintain their systems.

Very bad service in Andrewsganj Extension, Delhi. Have complained so many times but no action. Cellular service is really very very irritating. I think MTNL should take extreme steps if they need to survive in this market and to retain his loyal customers.

Since past one week, I am facing serious problem due to call drops. A call does not last for more than a minute and most of the time I get an error message ‘Network Busy’. With the introduction of Mobile Number Portability, I was expecting an improvement in Dolphin services. But its getting worse from bad. Whereas most of the privately run telecoms are putting in effort to make their services and network coverage better to attract more customer, MTNL is putting in effort to loose customers for the benefit of other telecoms. I am not sure if MTNL is planning to close shop or Dolphin services; or may be they are getting paid to loose customers. If anyone from MTNL or Dolphin is reading this, I would request you to put in effort and improve the services. Otherwise, you know most of the people would switch from Dolphin to other telecom.

Since last 4 to 5 days network coverage of Dolphin Mobile is not accessible in Dombivli. A complaint was made to customer care and also on website of MTNL but neither the problem is solved nor any reply from MTNL.

This is for everyone to read that how mtnl cheat their customers by lying through their helpline service (1504) representative. I am complaning on their helpline no (1504) since 26/11/2013 about my migration plan from (trib combo ul data – 1899) to (trib combo ul data – 3499) which according to the mtnl representative has been migrated from (trib combo ul data – 1899) to (trib combo ul data – 3499) which is not the case as I am getting the same speed as before. I am also being charged for the (trib combo ul data – 3499) from 5/11/2013 as I was told by their helpline representative (1504). After complainig daily since 26/11/2013 about this wrong doing their representatives are giving me false assurances that your problem will be rectify within 24 hrs and I am calling them daily 4 to 5 times and hearing the same answer again and again. Their helpline (1504) representatives are lying to me in very appropriate manner and I think that mtnl have trained them very well in lying to their customers.
