Went on after they have charged me an amount of $49.95 without any notice. Their website say: “I just signed up and have not received my login information? – Your login information was sent to the email address you signed up with. Try checking the spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, call our support team at +[protected].” I have received no e-mail and obviously he refused to send me any, so I could not be aware that I have an upcoming charge. Then of course the bully Customer Service Rep Marco Jacob refused to refund me on the charge which I could not be aware about without having any e-mail notification from them. Transcript attached. I was struggling 2 days in a row to get my refund and he just closed the chat. (Please change the format from png to txt to read the chat transcript)
