Security guard being racist at Sonora wells Indio California. Violating my privacy Follow me from the front gate to my home. Takes pictures of my car and my house With his personal phone. Then accuse me of racing and hitting his car. That Never happened. Then he says he knows me? Then shouting at me “do u speak English” over and over again. Call the Palese got my please report. A clear case of discrimination. Minority I do not feel safe in this community. The security guard I”m paying for. ??????

We moved into an association 3 months ago and were Never notified of a required permit. My husband was attemptiong to leave work at 3:30 am to find out, his truck was towed by patrol masters security. They said they had 4 different dates noted in their system on my husbands truck and two different dates on my sons car. We never once received any warning on our vehicles or windshield. Not one single piece of paper or documentation and now we have to pay the towing company $332.50 to get my husbands truck out. How can we file a claim against them to get out money back? Obviously they are not giving proper notification to warn people of any towing.

This neighborhood requires that you “safe list” your guest”s vehicle for overnight stays. I”ve been a guest here many times, and I”ve adhered to the practice of calling in my truck. This past Saturday my vehicle was called in, yet the Patrol Masters operator did NOT enter my information into their system. Result? I got towed at 5 AM, had to pick my car at 7 PM that night, and pay $280 for all of it. Patrol Masters has no record of the phone call, so now I”m involved in a battle with them to prove I”m in the right. Fortunately the cell phone used to make the call shows the call in its history, so this is my greatest hope in proving my “innocence.” I won”t take this without a fight. If Patrol Masters is going to be this negligent, then they”d better be ready for a heap of headaches, or just do the right thing and refund my money and apologize.
