Purchased these chips at walmart today. Love these original flavor chips. When i opened the bag to pour them into a container, i was shocked to see so many burnt chips. Someone really dropped the ball when they let these burnt chips be put in bags for customers. The really dark ones are really burnt and i won”t even try to taste them. The slightly dark ones do have a little burnt taste to them, so i won”t eat them. As you can see from the attached picture, the top chip is how the chips should look. I put it there so you could see the difference in them. Makes me hesitate to buy these again when i get something like this.

When I opened my brand new bag for the first time today 10/7/2018 I pulled this out. The chips are connected with hair or material baked into the chips. This made me want to throw up and ruined my appetite. I tried to upload a video but it will not attach but I do have a video. I will be throwing the whole bag away! Why so much salt??? I love the taste and texture of the product. Love it with hummus and with melted cheese and with other dips. Why 160 mg sodium per serving? Way, way too much. Leave it simpler and more natural and healthier. Please! Please! Would love if you produced a healthier, crunchier snack chip. I thought that was what I bought until we tried them, though tasty way way too salty.

Yesterday I went to target and purchased a box of your whole wheat ritz crackers. I buy these all the time, when I got home and opened the box to enjoy them the first roll had a slit alongside the seam. I tried the next roll and so on but all 4 rolls has slits along the seams. One roll only had a small slit the other three rolls were at least half way open.

Your company well know s why people are upset with your products being sold for months now. If you do not plan to correct the obvious problems. I will stop buying. Tired of crumbling cracker that fall apart in my hands. Lack of sales will soon become apparent to the home office. I will not be a customer until you make the proper adjustments to your crackers. We have always, always purchased Ritz Crackers . The last couple of months we have purchased three boxes of the original crackers and all three boxes were, I”ll describe as not the norm. We try to take them out of the wrapping and they crumble. We attempt to put a spread on them and they crumble. We have thrown two almost completely full boxes away. These purchases have been made at Shop n Save in Wilkins Township, Pa. The sell by date has an expiration of March 2019. I will not be purchasing Ritz Crackers in the future.

Well I just purchased 2 boxes of plain ritz crackers on June 18th at the Publix supermarket in Boynton beach Florida… Upon opening them and eating some I noticed a peanut butter taste on them and since I am allergic to peanuts I immediatley threw them away and called my doctor… He told me if I had any reactions to go straight to the emergency room… I am so upset about this i am thinking of taking this further…

To whom it may concern: I Love Ritz Crackers, but this is a wierd looking Cracker, looks like snot or who knows what foreign object inside the cracker, I didn’t ever think to look at my Ritz crackers prior to eating them & quite honestly not sure that I will again, I will be sending it to a lab to see what exactly the object is.I have attached Pictures of the cracker, and at this point feel let down by Ritz as it has been my childhood & adulthood cracker of choice, now I have to do a pre inspection prior to eating a Ritz Cracker or what?I’d rather not take that chance.What should I do at this point? We love the taste of this product. The problem we are having is that the packaging does not protect the chips. The two bags we recently purchased were filled with broken pieces. This was also true for the parmigian chips. The bags don”t seem to be able to protect the chips like a box would. It is hard to eat guacamole with broken pieces. Please change the packaging.

We purchased a bag of the Bacon flavor crisp and thins and to our surprise, all of the crisps are burnt. Like the whole bag. Are they supposed to be like this? And they don’t seem to have any Bacon flavor. My family loves bacon. That’s why we bought them, but we are highly dissatisfied with this product right now. If this is a just a mistake that would be great!
