After researching the issue, I found I am not the only one this has happened to. Attempting to purchase Sony MDR-V700 headphones from shop-volley.com but my account on shop-volley.com always said PROCESSING/PENDING even though their email said the item was mailed. They will not refund, nor will I receive item.. I demand Full Refund. Stay away
