Ref. Order number [protected] Jacket received badly packed in a small plastic bag, both dress & jacket very creased. Jacket has not been finished/sewn on the end of sleeves. Very disappointed in overall finish. See photo attached, we would like a replacement jacket as soon as possible as my wedding is in april. We will send jacket back when replacement is received. The dress I received didn’t fit me, so I decided to send it back, the website policies allowed that. I did despite the shipping was at my expense and I had to wait for over a month to get your first response. Thank you for telling me you got the dress. But this is the only positive thing. Your representatives refused to refund saying that the dress was already worn and has a spot. I swear it’s impossible, the dress was too small for me, I didn’t even put it on, it was physically impossible. I even took the photos before shipping and sent them in an email It didn’t help me at all. Please, stop acting like a**es and refund the money.
