Paradise Energy Solutions

I bought solar panels from Paradise Energy Solutions on XX February 20XX soon after my distant relatives got solar panels from them a couple of weeks ago. I was told they had amazing customer service and the whole installation experience was “marvelous” (words of my relatives). I was going to get panels installed at my house from a different company but Paradise seemed like a good choice. Man was I wrong. I’ll give them credit for their polite sales & reception staff. But other than that, I can’t think of anything I liked about my experience with these solar installers.

First off, the horrendous installation they did on my roof definitely decreased the property value of my house by several thousand dollars. It does not look good. Even a nine year old notices how bad it looks (I found this out when my niece said that my house looks “uglier” than before). The installation is not only ugly but inefficient too! The panels produce much less energy than what the company told me before the purchase.
I have asked them to change the design of the installation, but they are saying it would cost me $XXXX, which is a lot more than I can afford to give away right now. The house looks plain ugly because of their weird panels. I’ve seen solar panels before, hell, two of my friends have panels installed in their houses and they look at least a hundred times better than mine.

There are also water issues at the roof because of the hastily done installation done by them. I think the installers didn’t pay any attention to the important factors like rain before they installed the panels. There are water spots and small leaks on the roof. I want to hire a plumber and maybe a roofing guy who can help fix the leaks, but that would require permission from Paradise Energy too (to get the panels removed).

By the way, my relatives are facing issues with their panels as well. Guess what, they have similar roof leaks at their house. Paradise has really bad installers and solar engineers. Please just avoid them, it’s not worth all the headache.

Overall I regret buying the panels from this company. They are an over-glorified solar installer. I’ve heard bad things about Tesla and Sun City but Paradise Energy Solutions just takes bad engineering to another level man.

Should I get solar panels from Paradise Energy Solutions?

No. They are bad at installing solar panels which is basically 90% of their work. I would not advice anyone to buy solar from Paradise Energy Solutions.

Can I trust the Paradise Energy Solutions reviews online?

Frankly, not really. The websites seem to have totally bogus positive reviews. I and possibly dozens of more people have been fooled by their fake PR attempts, but you don’t have to.

Why aren’t there many Paradise Energy Solutions Complaints online?

Most of the people who buy solar don’t even know they can post reviews online and they think it’s a bad practice. This, combined with the dangerous number of fake review websites online (where people pay to get 5 star reviews), makes it impossible for people to find any Paradise Energy Solutions Complaints.

Would you recommend Paradise Energy Solutions?

No. Definitely not!

Total Score

Avoid Paradise Energy Solutions. Their lack of skill in installing panels and slow customer service makes this company unbearable.
