When received all identification was removed and the transmission had excessive internal rust and broken parts ,thrust bearing was broken into pieces. Houston Texas!!. When we contacted the company for a refund, they refused to refund stating that there was nothing wrong with the transmission and they would only offer a 6 month labor warranty. We are out the purchase price and the pay-on-receipt shipping charge. They refuse to respond now to emails and phone calls.
