AAA Transport Solutions Booked a hauler prior to my verifying when I needed it and refused to refund deposit when I cancelled the order. West Palm Beach Florida!!. I contacted AAA Transport to get a quote for hauling hay approximately 85 miles. I informed the salesman Andrew that I was not positive about the availabiltiy of the hay until the following Monday. I was just looking for someone that would be able to help me after contacting other haulers and being told they did not make such deliveries. Andrew convinced me that to save time he could take me credit card information then as a refundable deposit and we could finish schedule later. STUPID ME! Andrew called the next day (Saturday) to tell me that he had scheduled a driver to pick up hay that day. I don’t know how he managed that seeing as how he did not have the hay dealers address or my timetable. I told Andrew to hold off on the driver until I contacted the hay dealer. After calling the hay dealer on Monday and finding out the hay was NOT available, I called Andrew back to cancel the order. I was told that I could not get my deposit back in that they still had to pay the driver. I never had to pay anyone until the transaction was complete. Andrew referred me to his manager (Richard) to further discuss the matter. I explained to Richard that Andrew had booked a driver prior to my finalizing when and where I needed one. He told me that he knew all of the protectulars and that they do not refund deposits and they do not schedule drivers until a deposit has been made. Once a credit card has been taken, they schedule a driver. After much discussion, Richard told me that he would refund 1/2 of my deposit of $750 and give me a credit for the balance to be used at a later time. I have been expecting a refund since 6-11-2018, 7 weeks, and still no refund. After several calls to Richard, I was referred to Stephanie in bookkeeping. I called several times for Stephanie and she was never there. I was forwarded to Ashante in bookkeeping and was told they had my information and it was in processing. 7 WEEKS! Ashante told me they are not in the business of keeping people’s refunds and they were backed up in bookkeeping. It took them 1 day to charge my credit card and after 7 weeks I have yet to receive a refund. This is such a Ripoff and a blackeye for legitimate dealers. Everything looked kosher on their website but believe me it stinks. My next stop is The Better Business Bureau.
