We hired AAIM for a framing and drywall job. I can write a long story, but will keep it short. | – You could see by eye that the framing was not level / plumb | – They build a landing without attaching it to the wall and only holding it up with a few screws. We found out because our new contractor actually fell through it. | – They do not show up on time or do not show up at all without proper communicating | – They asked for a steep deposit without any work done and WE had to pay for the materials. | – They start out really nice, but where rude in communicating and refuse to give our deposit back. | – All the work done had to be redone by a new contractor | – I doubt if they have a license, because I can find anything online. | If you decide to do business with them anyways, ask for a license and do not pay anything unless the work is done properly! I made the mistake not to because I was rushed and now have to see if we can get our deposit back in small claims court.
