Recently I was approached by this bank representative and ask me to do a buyout of loan from my previous bank, since even I had some financial issue I decided to take loan form this bank, after lot of effort and hassle I got loan after 3 months. This is because of the agent who was helping me in loan mr vineet joshi who did not know anything full information about loans and procedures. After receiving the loan unfortunately after 2 months exactly our department in company was closing down so our employer had given time for us to search for new job since during the loan procedure mr joshi had promised that the bank has option for job loss protection which I can use in case if I lost job, as soon I was informed by company I immediately called mr joshi and explained him and he confirmed me that there is a option for me to take job loss protection. But for my surprise I got to know after visiting the branch that there is no such option in this bank and personal loan and I was given false information from this person I raised the complaint but the bank didn”t even bother to hear my plea now am left with no money and running from division to division to give me differment for at least 2 months so I can find job and take the salary and start paying again but still there is no help from bank what ever I had got from the end of services benefit that also they have deducted from past months am taking loan from friends and relatives to survive and I was expecting I will take money form my end of service benefit I can repay my friends loans I would strong advise people not to trust this bank and there staff because there is most careless and with no heart people. Who don”t have human values and cheat innocent people

When I try to purchase online, while the visa card verification shows me this short message Authentication failed : you do not have a mobile number registered with adib, please contact us for further assistance. But when I contact the bank to assistance they told me that the problem is from the internet site ; but I tried more than 3 other sites, so what is the solution? I”m regular user for online shopping with the same card user.

Very very bad experience and I don’t advise anyone to use this bank I wanted to open an account they said I have to open my old account which is blocked because I was outside the country they said you need to open new account I said OK next 2 weeks no call I went there they said we can’t open new you to reopen the old account I said OK then another 2 weeks they said no sorry we need to open new account What is this service I regret to use this bank

Update for my Liability letter now still pending. I call ADIB Al Ain branch this morning July 6, 2017 9:50am to ask them the status of my letter and they told me ADIB abu dhabi branch was not replying on their email thats why they cannot issue my letter. As per their information ADIB Abu Dhabi branch has the mistake. And i dont know what is the realy problem on this. I was cleared my finance already with them last June 19, 2017. But why it is hard to get this No Liability Letter. Its been almost two weeks already.

Today 29/10/2017 I found a complaint officer named sara called me at 11:59 am from the phone number [protected] and she was asking about my mother in a very rude and aggressive way, she told me that there is a late payment regarding my mother”s card, I told her that someone called my mother yesterday at 28/10/2017 regarding this issue and she settled with them a payment date and everything because she is out of the country right now, she didn”t give me any chance to explain or complete my words and started shouting and used self abusive phrases and then she hung up the line with a last word of if u did not pay I will send a lawyer to your place. I tried calling her several times on the same number but she pickups and hang up at the same time, I tried contacting the call center but I wad on hold for 10 minutes until I picked up. Please this issue is considered massive and her attitude is totally unaccepted. I need someone to contact me to solve this issue.

Ther is an amount missing from my available limit for my ADIB credit card ..I hve tried speaking to several customer service agent at ADIB but none of them hve provided any explanation proof of the missing amount .. ADIB has pathetic customer service.. as it’s 3 weeks and I haven’t received any credible solution .. I even visited the internet city branch for answers .. they wasted my 3 days And their response was we hve no Access to the system .. I as a customer who pays all his dues on time .. Expect better service from the bank ..

September 19/22, 2018 I used the mobile banking app to send money to the other bank/beneficiary. I sent to two beneficiary the first was on 19th (200aed) and second was on 22nd (1, 100aed) of this month. It was successfully transact and it instantly deducted from my account balance and so thats why Im expecting that everything will be fine. So I contacted my friends if they get the money they responded to me that they still didn”t get it. So we wait until the weekend over. On Sunday (sep 23, 2018) a 200 aed got credited back on my account and I asked my receivers if they get it already and still no, none of them got those amount on their card. I kept calling customer service from ADIB and they kept telling me the same thing around to wait for another 24 hrs for the transaction. Ive heard a lot of options that they will contact the beneficiary/ other bank if they can check and give me a call but still I didn”t receive any call back til” now. I even thought to cancel but they said they will charge me for 100 for cancellation. On my side why I am writing this complain, in the first place it”s not even my fault. What is the reason why they made this mobile banking app? to provide an easier and faster transactions right? All I want is, to get/return the pending amount back (1100aed) that is still afloat. Salaam Sir, I want to bring to your kind notice that i took a loan of AED 490k in August 2016 but had to leave UAE for Pakistan because of economic slowdown in January 2017. Though i was jobless till now but i still managed to pay one way or the other. I came to know that the bank filed a case against me in Jan 2018, whereas i secured 3 jobs in UAE during that time but was unable to come. I was willing to pay thw outstanding installments so that it shows my commitment towards the bank before coming which will help me to continue my installment once back in UAE but the bank doesnt want to withdraw its case against me. They are asking for a guarantor’s cheque whereas i don’t have anyone left in UAE to ask for. With this rigidity and inflexibility towards me, would not help the bank, myself and the prospective employer. As far as i have secured a job in UAE and am sending them a new cheque as my guarantee, whats the issue and point of blocking me to enter UAE. Its not fair that if someone has been honest and did his best in repaying AED300k even when i was unemployed outside UAE, why should there be an issue if i wish to come back to repay the rest AED190k upon returning UAE. Plz advise. Thanks
