Ace Locks Smith Todd Bellls Columbia South Carolina!!. I recently got a key made from this company. For some reason the my car stop running and getting the power it needed. So i had the car check out to see what the problem can be. The shop told me that the key needs to be program back to the car. Now this is a new key. And its proven that it can lose programming if its the orignal key. So i called back to where i got the key from which is Ace . He was totally rude from the start. I ask him can he come out and reprogram my key. At first he was like okay fine whats your address. Then all of a sudden he says why do you think its the key. At this point im explainning to him what the shop said. He saying its not possible. No way it can be the key. Then he was going on about if i come out im charging you the price of a new key. So now im like wow really. He was very disrepectful and rude to the point i felt like he’s not helping me.
