Zero stars wasn’t an option. I started an application and didn’t finish at the store. I read the terms and decided not to buy the furniture, but less then 20 minutes alter I receive an email saying loan was completed. I called then the next day and told them I didn’t sign any documents and I didn’t pay any processing fee to complete the loan. | No word for 2 weeks then I get an email about non payment. I call them and no help I tell them I don’t have any furniture or loan through them. Again no word after the phone call. Six weeks later now ex girlfriend has the furniture delivered and set up while I am at work. Her name was no where on my house lease or furniture lease. | Store, ex girlfriend and loan company are all crooks. I filled police report for fraud with all names listed and submitted it. This companies stupid response is I have the furniture, like I am going to put it on the front lawn to be stolen. 56 days behind on loan and credit score drop over 68 points due to fraud. | I will be looking to build a case against all three parties involved. I have already filled police report and phone records showing me talking to loan company and not a single phone call to store.
