On Aug 24, 2016 Acree’s technician installed only one of two plenums in my air conditioning ductwork because he was not able to installed the second one. He contacted his manager and received the ok and I was informed that I would be receiving a refund of $397.50 since I had already paid for the work. I have written two letters addressed to Ms Nikki Sherd requesting said refund but I have been completely ignored. I have been an Acree customer for over fifteen years and have been very satisfied with the services received and with all the technicians, but I’m to my wits end. I don’t want to change company but if this problem does not get resolved soon I will have no other alternative.
