Was instructed to return an icemaker I bought through Sears because it was not the one pictured and turned out that the ice bucket was too large for the area in my refrigerator. The label on the outside of the return had the authorization code they instructed for identification of the return. I have USPS confirmation of the icemaker being received by them. I have called and left messages, and emailed them several times with no response and of course no refund. This started it the end of September 2018. As of this writing, it is December 6, 2018.
