Advance Auto Denied rebate that was submitted on time. Pittsburgh PA!!. I purchased a set of ceramic brake pads. I was not going to purchase the more expensive set, but the employee pointed out it was a very good set and I get a $15 mail in rebate. I made the purchase specifically because of the rebate. I completed the rebate online and actually forgot about it for a couple months, until I came across the receipt. I just called and entered my information. I was told my rebate had been declined. I research online and come to find out, THIS IS VERY COMMON WITH ADVANCE AUTO! ADVANCE AUTO DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG I’VE BEEN A CUSTOMER! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PARTS I’VE PURCHASED FROM YOUR COMPANY! NOT ONLY FOR MYSELF, BUT FIXING FRIENDS’ CARS! i WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ONE OF YOUR PLACES AGAIN! I WANT MY MONEY!
