After many emails exchanging information on design, materials and price we did agree on those details, we ordered an inflatable made of nylon fabric material. i did pay, and weeks later they send a package with an inflatable made of PVC film, this material is cheap and delicate, is the one used in little inflatable kiddie pools and floaties. Also they send an air pump that only worked for 10 minutes and then it burned. i asked for what i ordered, first they said that PVC was strong and better than nylon, then they change to “what we did send is nylon”, i have the emails where i ordered a nylon inflatable and they agreed on it. the inflatable they did send has a value inferior to 50% of what i paid.
