On or about December 02, 2013 I was invited thru advertisement to come to dealership on a “preapproved letter offering a large range of vehicles After choosing the Chevy Malibu 2010 model I was told by salesman that the one I want would have to be located and shipped to the dealership That they would complete the sale and all put me in an available Malibu until mine arrive in a few days at which time I would be switched out This never happened I got the run around for days until I recently went back up there to personally complain however they were closed, moved out, lost the dealership
