Ally Financial Banking Wrongly charged for penalties and late charges, due to their mistakes.!!. One of two possible problems. #1. Bank undercharged for over one year. #2. Scam letter from Ally with trying to collect late fees for that year. #1. Auto payment set up for X amount of dollars by Ally auto financing. Ally then claimed to have taken $4.94 less than the contracted amount, and wanted the recepient to pay late charges and penalties. #2. Unauthentic looking letter in mail states the late fees. Called company to discuss, they take no ownership in thier mstakes. Amount of late fees charged in unauthentice looking vs. Ally’s late fee charge was inconsistent with letter rec’d.
