I called the company to get an RA if I wasn’t satisfied with the product as it said on my purchase receipt. Mind you I didn’t even open the product. I got an RA , returned th eproduct in mid June, they show record of receiving the product back on June 22, 2015. | I called on August 25, 2015 to see where my refund was and the representative Joseph advised that it takes up to 50 days to proces a refund at which time more than 50 days had lapsed. Joseph advisd that he would be sending an email to the Financial Department to advise them that I still hadn’t received my refund. He asked me to call back at the end of the week. | It’s now August 31, 2015 and he gave me the same song and dance, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that they don’t take phone calls that they are merely there to make sure he is doing his job. So at this point I guess I just have to wait and hope that they will refund my money. Bad business practice. Never buy from this company.
