When trying to order a 14-day sample of Alucia anti-wrinkle complex, there was no way to get off of the order page except to enter “continue”. Upon doing that it automatically adds other products to your order. When calling about this, was told to contact them within 14 days or else auto ship would be continued. There was no option to do an auto ship. The person on the phone said the cost would be $98.39. | When I called to cancel the auto ship, was told to either send my 14 day supply back (which I had paid for) or get charged almost $10 more to keep it. They had no record of the other two products that were shipped with the Alucia. Said they must belong to another company. Not correct, since it came off of the same order blank and I had confirming emails from the same company. The representative on the phone was very hateful and rude. No reason for her to not be helpful. This is a huge rip off and everyone needs to be aware of it.

Ordered a free 14 day trial sample of face cream, only $4.99 shipping on January 30th, received small jar on Feb 5th. I used it and it had cheap ingredients and was drying to my skin. I got my credit card bill today and found the shipping charge on it and on Feb 14th a charge was added for $98.39. I called them and she said that I had signed up for a member ship that could only be cancelled in the first 14 days, I agreed to pay the monthly charge and pay for the tiny sample I received. I usually read the first E print pretty closely so it must be well hidden. The woman whose English was poor did not listen, was rude and told me that I had agreed and needed to pay the full amount. After about 25 minutes of getting nowhere she did say that my membership would be canceled. OK but where’s my $98.39 cents that I was scammed out of? She said she could give me 35% off my membership I didn’t even want. After asking several times she finally said she could give me a 50% refund on my product. Still not happy that these people get away with this and will call my credit card company tomorrow. I want the rest of my money back for this sample I was supposed to get for shipping only.

Ordered a simple sample to try, then got another sample (yes the same amount) that I did not order. I sent back with note saying I did not order and want a refund, received another sample box, looked at credit card and it is charged for each product totaling $187 + $187 =$374.92. I have not been credited back my first return. I do not want to cancel my cc but I will…I should of known better! Sadly, I will never order from anyone. I don’t want this product, even if it did work, I would not spend that kind of money on the littlest amount that is given.

Ordered my as stated on the website “risk free trial” of Alucia Skin Care, later to find it was as a scam where they continually send unwanted product and charge your credit card. I never ordered the eye cream, yet it was sent. When speaking with Casey the representative, I questioned how another rep could first offer a 30% discount then 50% to keep the product he said it would be cheaper that way. He said the no where on the website did it say “Risk Free” and that must not be their site even though I had it up as I was speaking with him. | This company is scam and not ethical – stay away. I will be contacting the CA-BBB and CA Atty. General general about their practices as I have them on recording making the above statements.

Ordered the trial size for cheap, then have been trying to cancel. They billed my card a higher amount than the trial. | SCAM: no customer service or direct phone.

Product is a total scam and charges were very deceptive. Representative rude and billigerent. Takes your money and charges ridiculous shipping, processing and handling fees.

Products mailed for a 14 day trial then two charges appeared on credit card of 89.07 and 98.39. I received products I did not order but then could not get an answer on the phone to cancel the order or get a refund on the products. The automated message says to wait for a representative but after waiting 30 plus minites i hung up and called a second number with exactly the same result. I downloaded the terms info which states I must have an RMA number from them to even think about getting any action on a return. | How can I posibly get any correction for this situation if they cannot be contacted. How can I possiblly stop the repeated mailings. The charges will be stopped on the credit card, but I want a refund of the current charges also. As an elderly person with limited income I cannot pay these kinds of charges.

There was a misleading advertisement for the eye product. I ordered the sample and was charged full price! 98.39 plus 4.99 for shipping. I called and waited 55 minutes on hold! The customer service was a joke! He didn’t believe me when I said it didn’t work, and told me it would take 2-3 weeks for the refund!

They took out my check account 2 time . I look not right. Not suppose to touch my check account out

This company is a total scam operation. They offer free trial sample for $4.99 shipping – just to get your credit card number to start charging you $98 per month as a subscription–but additional product never arrives. Had to cancel through my bank but the company never responded. Real scam to ship a dime size amount of cream and then charge you almost $100 for it. Nothing in the trial order stated a subscription. Do not fall for this

This is definately a scam. Please do not fall for the Free Trial of the eye serum or the Alucia Cream. It is not free. | I requested trial samples for just trying and paying the shippiing. I was charged $89.07 for Lum Eye Syrum and $98.39 for Alucia Skin cream. I did not order full size of product. Did try the free trial. I did not notice any benefit. | When calling them and trying to address this, all they do is say you agreed to the terms. Which I did not. I read terms. Only question they asked was am 18 years old. And they won’t give you a refund. | They will cancel your subscription but they get away with the first time billing. They refuse to refund charges which I did not authorize. Nothing my bank can do to recover the unauthorized charges. Because I apparently checked the little box for terms and conditions. I was able to cancel the supposed subscription. But not able to retrieve unauthorized funds. | This is an unethical company.

When I saw a 14 day free trial for skin care I read every last word on the web page. Only question they asked was am I 18 years old. It turns out, by clicking that you are agreeing to terms and conditions that are not given to you. They then charge you almost $200 for the free product and put you on a mailer to receive products monthly that your never signed up for. When calling them and trying to address this, all they do is say you agreed to the terms. Which I did not. And they won’t give you a refund. They will cancel your subscription but they get away with the first time billing. Even my bank flagged them because they were the ones who asked if I authorized the charge. They are a scam. Do not buy from this company.
