American auto salvage inc Ripped me off !! Very dishonest! Woodbridge Virginia!!. So I bought a transmission form Rick at American auto salvage for my van .for 800.00 dollars,i paid a mechanic 400 to put it in and the transmission he sold was bad , so I paid the mechanic another 250 to pull it back out . I took the transmission back and asked for my money back , Rick told me to let him order m another transmission with a 6 month warranty so I reluctantly agreed. So I get the transmission and must wait for my mechanic to put it in so I pay another 250 to have it installed again and wouldn’t you know it ? This transmission was bad also , only this time when I got to get my money back , all the sudden my 6 month warranty disappeared!!! And Rick refused to honor his warranty!! I was lied to and ripped off !! Bottom line !! So now I’m out 1700 dollars !!
