They sale bad material. When you try to return, they encourage you to take the test or other versions of the material so that they produce ground excuses to not return your moneys, so don’t fall for this trap!!! | This is a very corrupt company, at least at supervisor levels. Their materials have many issues valid for anybody to lawfully and legitimately ask for a refund, but they just hang-up on you and don’t care; they transact through a third party company to make it more difficult, and have many domain names, web redirects and phone numbers to mask their abusive practices. Their supervisors are very rude and without real knowledge of their own products: they all try to avoid your valid questions at complaint, talk over you at a higher voice level to intimidate you and try their best to totally deviate the conversation, which is a common practice of fraudulent people. | Very dishonest business practice overall. You will loose your money. They are also listed with many issues on BBB. Stay away from them. Try other companies.

Says fast and easy but is not fast or easy. You may read each of their 380 slides in 10 seconds, but they make you stare at it for a minute before you can go on to the next one. I couldn’t take it. I hated it so much that my 30 day limit expired, which is my fault, and their customer service offered me one extra day. This was before a Jewish holiday when I can’t work on it, and after mentioning this and requesting extra time, the customer service representative (Loquita ID 316) came back and told me she can’t even give me the one day. Not sure if being Jewish was the cause, but, in short, they make it very difficult to finish and then try to squeeze a second payment out of you to try again! Stay away!
