This company was part of my home purchase. I wasn’t in my home a month, when I required help from them. | They paid for a plumber to snake my backed-up plumbing. It cleared for a few weeks. I filed another claim and when the second snaking didn’t clear the pipes, they refused to pay. | I’ve had the Twp. out twice and their lines are clear. So it’s within my house lines. | The plumber said that the pipes need to be jetted out. This company won’t pay for this either!!! | I have NO normal functioning plumbing and have to use bags instead of my toilet and they just do not care!!! | Now I’m out $175.00 for a snaking AND I am Still without working plumbing! |
